PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition capable of making adhesiveness, particularly adhesiveness to tinned copper compatible with blocking properties and having excellent heat resistance. SOLUTION: The coating composition is obtained by dissolving a crystalline polyester (A) and an amorphous polyester (B) in an organic solvent. In the coating composition, an alicyclic dicarboxylic acid is contained as a dibasic acid component composing the crystalline polyester (A) and an alicyclic diol is contained as a diol component composing the crystalline polyester (A), the acid value of the amorphous polyester (B) is ≥50 equivalents/ton and the glass transition temperature thereof is ≥40°C.
