PURPOSE: An ultraviolet curing apparatus is provided to have the effect to be able to prevent the product failures as the contact of foreign substances included in the air due to ventilation is able to be blocked. CONSTITUTION: An ultraviolet curing apparatus (100) comprises a transfer unit (110) which transfers a product, an ultraviolet ray generating unit which irradiates the ultraviolet ray on the product transferred by the transfer unit, a chamber (130) which surrounds the circumference of the ultraviolet ray generating unit to form a space partitioned from the product, and is equipped with a transparent window so that the ultraviolet rays generated in the ultraviolet ray generating unit are delivered to the product, and a cooling unit (160) which supplies/exhausts air into the chamber, and cools down the ultraviolet ray generating unit. The height of the ultraviolet ray generating unit is adjusted by a height variation part within the chamber. |
