PURPOSE: A window can be opened and closed from the outside by including an outer locking unit capable of releasing a fixed state of an outer hinged window door frame on an inner hinged window door frame. CONSTITUTION: A window includes a window frame (11), a window door frame (12), an inner hinged connection unit (13), an outer hinged connection unit, an outer locking unit, a tilting opening and closing selection control unit (15), a tilting connection unit, and a window (17). The window door frame includes an inner hinged window door frame (12a) and an outer hinged window door frame (12b) installed in the same to be supported. The outer locking unit is installed at the inner hinged window door frame and is fixed to the same or is released from the same in order to prevent the outer hinged window door frame from being moved when an outer hinged window is fixed or is released from the fixed state in a building. |
