PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the pitch of an acoustic signal stably with high precision. SOLUTION: A filter control part 34 variably sets a pass band B of a band-pass filter 24 according to the pitch PA that a pitch detection part 26 detects. Further, while an acoustic signal A0 of each unit section U is supplied to the band-pass filter 24 at a first period t1, a plurality of past unit sections U including the one unit section U are supplied to the band-pass filter 24 in order at a secondo period t2 shorter than the first period t1 in a reprocessing period after the setting of the pass band B corresponding to the pitch PA detected with respect to the one unit section U.
