The invention relates to a process and an ecological installation for producing domestic hot water which is used for consumption in showers, washing basins, washing machines and other domestic installations. The claimed process consists in using one or two stages for the recovery of the heat energy of the return water, with a heat exchanger in counter flow or with a heat exchanger in counter flow and a heat pump which is used for heating the water and for shortening the transitory condition, the process uses a hot water buffer tank with an electric resistor having the role of thermal compensator, the hot water being prepared in a 4-way servo valve for mixing the hot water with pre-heated water, or with cold water, as the case may be. The installation for carrying out said process comprises a source () of cold water, a conduit () with a tap (), an electric valve (), a pressure regulator (), a heat exchanger () and a heat pump () and the preparation of the hot water is made in a hot water buffer () with the role of storing, increasing and maintaining the temperature of the hot water, the return water coming from a consumer (), passes through a heat exchanger (), after which it reaches a buffer tank () with heat pump (), the temperature of the hot water being programmed by means of a control electronic block () and a valve () with the role of combining the flow rates of hot, preheated or cold water.
|
