A water treatment system comprises a filter (3), e.g. an iron remover, a mechanical filter (5), a conditioner (4), e.g. a water softener, a dosing pump (6), all connected to the main pipeline (2), and a controller (1) monitoring the system parameters and controlling its regeneration. The controller may be supervised by remote computer (10, 10'), also via a network (11), through a converter (8) and a router (9). The controller communicates through dedicated buffers with the water pressure transducer (7), valves (3V, 4V), Hall detectors (3H, 4H), optical sensors (30, 40), filter motor (3M), conditioner motor (4M), and a chlorine generator and conductance detector (4C). Besides, the controller has emergency input (IN1) for manual interlocking of the regeneration process, emergency inputs (IN2, IN3) for manual triggering of the regeneration process in the filter (3) and/or in the conditioner (4), and emergency output (OUT1) actuating an alarm device. The controller has a central processing unit (CPU), memory (FLASH), real time clock (RTC) with a battery (BAT), and a LCD touch screen or a screen with a touchpad (LCD+TP+BL). The controller comprises blocks responsible for control of the filter (BF), backwash operation (BBF), water pressure (BP), dosing pump (BDP), conditioner (BC) and chlorine generator and conductance detector (BCC). The filter (3) and the conditioner (4) are provided with the tanks containing appropriate regenerative agents (3R, 4R), and they are provided with the sewage outlets (3S, 4S). |
