Means for attaching insignia to a flexible object comprising a clear plastics wallet within which the insignia can be placed, the plastic sleeve being formed of two sheets (2A and 2B) of clear plastics material bonded together, and one (2B) of the sheets being formed with a slit (6) to enable the sign to be placed within the interior of the wallet. The transparent plastic sheets may be polyurethane and between 20 to 50 microns in thickness. The sheet with the slit may have an acrylic transfer adhesive sheet (4) attached to it covered by a removable backing sheet (5). The wallet can be attached to the clothing of a cyclist or runner with the insignia being a race number. |
