Fixed-bed arsenic removal and desulfurization of hydrocarbon fraction comprising olefin, sulfur and arsenic, comprises (a) contacting removed mass with hydrocarbon fraction in the presence of hydrogen, where: the removal mass comprises molybdenum in sulfide form, nickel in sulfide form and porous support comprising alumina, silica, alumina silica, titanium oxide and magnesium oxide, the content of nickel is 10-28 wt.% expressed in nickel oxide on removal mass before sulfuration, and the content of molybdenum is 0.3-2.1 wt.% expressed in molybdenum oxide on removal mass before sulfuration.
