PURPOSE: A mobile service providing system is provided to measure a skin state, to take a picture of the skin state and to enable a user to check it by using a smart phone and a skin state measuring device. CONSTITUTION: A mobile service providing system includes a skin state measuring device and a smart phone, both of which are connected via a USB cable. The smart phone includes an interface processing unit (210), a skin analysis processing unit (220), a display processing unit (230), a graph generating unit (240) and a communication unit (250). The skin state measuring device includes a skin oil/moisture measuring unit (110), a temperature measuring unit (120), a Ph measuring unit (130) and a photographing unit (140).
