<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify control processing in a special game state without a difference in number of game balls obtainable even under the condition of continuously generated special game states. <P>SOLUTION: A time is measured from the detection of a game ball entering a normal symbol operation port as a start storing ball to the start of a normal symbol variation game. In winning determination, it is determined that the measured time has a predetermined time period or not (step S47).
