Disclosed is a granulated therapeutically and/or prevention active calcium-containing compound in the form of particles or crystals, which are, at least, partly film-coated with a water-soluble substance. The invention also relates to a method for the preparation of the granulated therapeutically and/or prevention active calcium-containing compound in the form of particles or crystals, comprising applying a granulated composition containing: i) one or more sugar alcohol and ii) one or more water-soluble polymeric substance having binding properties onto the therapeutically and/or prevention active calcium-containing compound. |
