PURPOSE: A polarizer unit, an adjustment jig, a lamp exchange stand, and an irradiation device are provided to adjust a wire direction of a wire grid polarizer. CONSTITUTION: A polarizer unit (10) comprises a plurality of wire grid polarizers (16) and a frame (14) which arranges the wire grid polarizers. The frame comprises an adhesion unit which sets an adhesion position per wire grid polarizer. A wire grid polarizer is installed in the adhesion unit in order to be rotated in the plane center of the wire grid polarizer.
