摘要 |

The invention relates to a process for the synthesis of a polymeric hydrogel to prepare multi-membrane systems to be used as matrices for embedding controlled-release bioactive substances. According to the invention, the process comprises the reticulation of a copolymer based on a methacrylic monomer and a spiro-orthoester, using an amide monomer as a reticulation agent, in the presence of a radical initiator, sodium persulphate, and a reaction accelerator (N, N, N', N'-tetramethyl ethylenediamine) in dimethyl acetamide.
|
