PURPOSE: An acellular treatment formed of a material derived from biological tissues and a treatment method using the same are provided to stably remove cells, fats, viruses, and endotoxin through a treatment with a polar solvent, acids, and alkali. CONSTITUTION: An acellular treatment contains alkali and a polar solvent and is a primary remover of an immunity and neophobia inducer derived from a biological tissue. The alkali is selected among sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, ammonium hydroxide, calcium carbonate, magnesium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide, and ammonia and is used in a concentration of 0.01-1 M. The polar solvent is selected among C1-C4 alcohols and is contained in a concentration of 10-100%. The alkali and the polar solvent are mixed in a ratio of 1:9-9:1. The material is treated by the acellular treatment. A biological material contains collagen and elastin. The thickness and the tensile strength of the biological material are 10 um to 3 mm and 0.01-20 MPa, respectively, for transplantation and procedure. The biological material has superior biocompatibility, cell affinity, and immunocompetence. |
