PURPOSE: A method for measuring a water level and settlement and a device thereof are provided to accurately measure the water level and the settlement without the interference by surrounding electronic products and reduce costs by enabling recycle. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring a water level and settlement is as follows. A winding unit is reversely rotated, and a moving distance is calculated when a sensor operated when touching a fixed layer is operated. When a first operational electrode is rotated by magnetism in a position corresponding to a spider magnet (20) installed in a pipe (15) in the ground (10), a settlement rate is measured by calculating the moving distance from the sensor. When third operational electrodes horizontally separated from each other are mutually connected by water, the water level is measured by calculating the moving distance from the sensor. |
