PURPOSE: An environment-friendly synthetic lumber composition containing a waste net crushed material, and synthetic lumber produced from the same are provided to effectively recycle waste nets after hydrating, crushing, and pulverizing. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly synthetic lumber composition containing a waste net crushed material contains 25-40 wt% of waste net crushed material, 30-50 wt% of wood powder with the water content of 3-8% and the average particle size of 50-130 meshes, 5-10 wt% of gypsum with the average particle size of 100-150 meshes, 3-15 wt% of reed with the average particle size of 50-130 meshes, 1-5 wt% of mugwort or horsetail with the average particle size of 50-130 meshes, 1-5 wt% of charcoal with the average particle size of 100-150 meshes, and 1-5 wt% of yellow soil with the average particle size of 150-200 meshes.
