<p>The harness has an abdomen belt (3) connected with a shoulder portion (2) at two sides. The belt together with the shoulder portion forms a harness element. A chest strap (4) projects forward from the shoulder portion, and connected with the shoulder portion. An abdomen belt-pad element (6) is detachably arranged on the belt, such that the pad element is movable along a longitudinal direction of the belt, where an inner side of the pad element is provided with cushion materials.
