PURPOSE: An actuator for a built-in brake is provided to obtain a strong braking power with a small energy from an output side, and to enable to make a miniature and to light a weight by having a built-in braking device, and to decrease a manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: An actuator for a built-in brake comprises an outer rotor type motor (10), a gear box (40), and a braking device. The outer rotor type motor comprises a rotor (12) in an outside. The gear box delivers an output of the motor to an outside. The braking device comprises a brake arm (33) and a brake driving unit. The brake arm moves a second brake pad (32) towards a first brake pad (31), and fractionizes. A braking power is generated. The brake driving unit moves the brake arm. |
