17LIQUID NUTRITIONAL COMPOSITION CONTAINING L-ARGININE, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFORAbstract The present invention provides a composition containing arginine and protein which enables addition of more arginine while preventing bitterness and burnt deposit resulting from heating, especially in beverages. The composition of the present invention is a liquid nutritional composition which contains arginine and a non micellizing protein such as sodium caseinate and potassium caseinate, is heat-treated and has pH of 6.0-7.3, wherein burnt deposit is prevented, and a preferable flavor is achieved by adding an insoluble calcium compound such as calcium phosphate.(No Suitable Figures) |
