The closure element (18) has coupling elements (20) objectionable to each other and arranged at a base body such that an elastic band (24) i.e. rubber band, is fastened at the coupling elements and freely gripped between the coupling elements in a portion. The coupling elements are formed by a recess (22) e.g. slot-like recess, and/or a retention bar. The coupling elements are arranged in coupling regions and the base body comprises a connection region between the coupling regions. The coupling regions together with the connection region are arranged in a u-shape. An independent claim is also included for a storage box. |
