The device for continuous filtration of impurities from plastic melt, comprises a filter insert (3) in the form of hollow rotating body mounted about its axis of rotation with respect to a housing (1, 2), and a discharge device having transport screw interacting with the filter insert. The rotating body is arranged in a flow channel of the housing between a feed channel (7) for the mass to be filtered and an outlet channel (8) for the filtered mass. The filter insert has a disk-shaped filter (5) coaxial to the axis of rotation and is arranged at the end side of the rotating body. The device for continuous filtration of impurities from plastic melt, comprises a filter insert (3) in the form of hollow rotating body mounted about its axis of rotation with respect to a housing (1, 2), and a discharge device having transport screw interacting with the filter insert. The rotating body is arranged in a flow channel of the housing between a feed channel (7) for the mass to be filtered and an outlet channel (8) for the filtered mass. The filter insert has a disk-shaped filter (5) coaxial to the axis of rotation and is arranged at the end side of the rotating body. The filter insert with disk plane arranged in the housing is perpendicularly pivoted to the axis of rotation. The discharge device is used for impurities retained by the filter. The housing has two housing parts, which are detachably connected with each other. One of the housing parts takes up the filter insert and another housing part takes up the discharge device, which is arranged parallel to the disk plane. The discharge device has a scraper, which is positioned oppositely to the filter. The scraper is arranged behind the conveyor in the rotation axis of the filter insert. The feed channel flows into a ring channel supplying the filtrate to the filter. The ring channel tapers itself in the direction of rotation of the filter insert. A pressing device is intended for pressing the scraper against the filter. The multi-thread transport conveyor is formed as scraper. |
