摘要

PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition for diabetes treatment for women after menopause is provided to directly use estrogen for diabetes treatment for women by confirming direct effects on improvement of glucose intolerance due to glucose error of metabolism after menopause. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for diabetes treatment for women after menopause contains estrogen as an active ingredient. The pharmaceutical composition for diabetes treatment for women after menopause includes expression inhibitor of PDK 4 (pyruvate dehydrogenase kinase 4) gene as the active ingredient. The pharmaceutical composition for diabetes treatment for women after menopause includes 17 beta-estradiol as the expression inhibitor of PDK4 gene.
