PURPOSE: A fused polyheteroaromatic compound is provided to show high current carrier mobility because the compound has a compact plane structure and to enable deposition or room temperature solution process with superior processability. CONSTITUTION: A fused polyheteroaromatic compound is denoted by chemical formula 1. The average molecular weight of the fused polyheteroaromatic compounds is 350-3000. An organic thin film contains the fused polyheteroaromatic compounds. An electronic device contains the fused polyheteroaromatic compounds. An electronic device is a transistor, an organic light emitting device (OLED), a photovoltaic device, a solar cell, a laser device, a memory, or a sensor.
