<p>PURPOSE: A photosensitive binder resin and a chemically amplified positive sensitive organic insulation film composition including the same are provided to have characteristics of an excellent sensitivity and film retention rate after the development. CONSTITUTION: A photosensitive binder resin comprises a repeating unit represented by Chemical formula 1. The average molecular weight of the binder resin is 500 to 50,000. The dispersion degree of the binder resin is 1.0 to 5.0. An organic insulation film composition includes the binder resin. The organic insulation film composition further includes 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of a photo acid generator to 100 parts by weight of the binder resin. The photo acid generator is one kind or a mixture of more than two kinds selected from diazonium salt, phosphonium salt, sulfonium salt, iodonium salt, imide sulfonate, oxime sulfonate, azo disulfone, disulfone, ortho-nitrobenzylsulfonate and triazine compounds.</p> |
