<p>The invention relates to a dental implant system and to an implant fastening-screw removal device, intended to be used in dental implantology to absorb the vibrations resulting from the mastication process and to prevent microorganisms from entering the implant body (). According to the invention, the implant system comprises an implant body () provided with an external thread with two differently threaded zones () having around the collar in the zone () some micro recesses by means of which it is screwed into the bone, in the lower part of the zone () the thread having the inclination angle of the profile flanks of 3° ± 1°, in the upper part of the zone () the inclination angle being 15° ± 1° and the micro recesses having symmetrical flanks under an angle of 60° ± 1° and a pitch of 0.2 ± 0.05 mm, a biocompatible elastomer ring () being applied onto the blunt () and the resulting subassembly being mounted onto the implant () using a fastening screw (). The screw removal device, as claimed by the invention, comprises an extractor and a fastening screw using the left or right thread turns winding direction to remove the screw in case it is broken.</p> |
