PURPOSE: A non-cement engineering block containing a photocatalyst is provided to offer environment-friendly properties, high strength, and high durability by using a non-toxic inorganic material instead of cement. CONSTITUTION: A non-cement engineering block containing a photocatalyst contains a base and an additive. The base is formed of 30-70 wt% general aggregate with the particle diameter of 0.1-13 mm, and 3-30 wt% of surface processing material with the particle diameter of 0.5-1.0 mm based on the amount of the base. The additive includes a first additive and a second additive. The first additive is more than one material selected from blast furnace slag micropowder, Ge-lite micropowder, scarlet powder, and aluminum oxide. The second additive is hydroxyalkyl cellulose.
