An inkjet recording method includes recording by ejecting liquid droplets of an ink onto a recording medium from an ejection head that ejects, by heat, the liquid droplets of the ink at an ejection amount with respect to one droplet of from 1 ng to 2 ng to thereby attach the liquid droplets of the ink to the recording medium, wherein the ink comprises a pigment having a volume average particle diameter of from 100 nm to 400 nm and has a dynamic contact angle of from 30° to 60°, 50 seconds after dropwise addition of 3 mul of the ink to plain paper.
