CONSTITUTION: A voice recording device includes a distance adjusting part (130), a signal generating part (140), a control part (150), and a voice receiving part (160). The distance adjusting part adjusts a first distance between a microphone and a speaker. The signal generating part generates a referential audio signal through the speaker. The control part analyzes the size of the referential audio signal in order to determine whether or not the analyzed size is included in a predetermined critical value range. The voice receiving part receives an audio signal through the mouth of a subject from the position of the speaker when the referential audio signal is not included in the predetermined critical value range.
