PURPOSE: A fighting distress signal transmission device is provided to detect the position of victims for rescuers as distress actions are detected and distress signals are generated. CONSTITUTION: A fighting distress signal transmission device comprises a controller (204), a distress signal transmitter (202), a victim identifier (206), and a position detector (207). The controller determines as a tentative distress state when a sensing value of an action sensor is greater than a distress determination criterion value and as a distress state when the sensing value of the action sensor is less than the distress determination criterion value in the tentative distress state. The controller confirms as a distress state when the distress state is continued over a predetermined time. The distress signal transmitter transmits a distress signal if the distress state is confirmed. The victim identifier identifies victims from a user identifier included in the received distress signal. The position detector determines the position of the victims from the received power by each distress signal receiver through directional distress signal receivers and outputs the position of the victims when the received power of each distress signal receiver is maintained for the predetermined time.
