PURPOSE: A device and a method for manufacturing anchor strips of a liquefied natural gas storage tank are provided to improve the productivity by applying a new process procedure processing steel sheets in which are cut and automatically preforming a deburring process. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing anchor strips of a liquefied natural gas storage tank comprises a base material supply unit (10), a cutting unit (20), a rotating unit (30), and a countersink forming unit (40). The countersink forming unit comprises a lateral side deburring unit (43), a first drill, a second drill, and a front and rear deburring unit. The lateral side deburring unit has a pair of deburring knife touching both lateral sides of the anchor strip. The front and rear deburring unit has a front deburring knife and a rear deburring knife touching the front and rear sides of the anchor strip. |
