PURPOSE: A composting method for high-concentration waste organic matters is provided to remove a bad smell and to easily secure the uniformity and nutrient balance of compost by composting dried waste organic matters with chaff charcoal and chaff vinegar liquid produced by a chaff carbonization system. CONSTITUTION: A composting method for high-concentration waste organic matters comprises the steps of: producing chaff charcoal by pyrolyzing chaff in a carbonization furnace (10); condensing chaff vinegar liquid by receiving synthetic gas discharged from the carbonization furnace into a condenser (20); completely combusting the synthetic gas by providing the synthetic gas discharged from the carbonization furnace to a smokeless combustion furnace (30); molding pellets by dehydrating high-concentration waste organic matters; feeding the waste organic matters to a drier (50) for supplying hot air to the smokeless combustion furnace; molding pellets by mixing the chaff charcoal and the chaff vinegar liquid; and mixing the dried waste organic matter pellets with the chaff charcoal pellets.
