PURPOSE: A high performance thermoelectric materials for power generation and a method for fabricating the same are provided to easily manufacture Ca1-xDyno3- thermoelectric material powder. CONSTITUTION: Reaction solution including metal salt, and fuel and solvent is prepared. The metal salt includes Ca salt, Dy salt, and Mn salt. the reaction solution is heated to synthesize Ca1-xDyxMnO3- powder in a temperature of 100-500°C. |
