PURPOSE: An antibiotic composition containing purified bee venom and vitexin for natural animals is provided to ensure anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antioxidative functions. CONSTITUTION: A natural antibioitic composition for animals contains purified bee venom and vitexin as an active ingredient, mixed in a weight ratio of 10:1-1:1. Antibiotics are formulated in an injection formulation, powder, or ointment. Vitexin is an apigenin flavone glucoside chemical. Vitexin is contained in Acerpalmatum Thunb, Lythrum anceps, and Crataegus pinnatifida Bge. and has an antibacterial function against Staphylococcus, Salmonella typhi, and E.coli. The purified bee venom is prepared by dissolving bee venom with water, low alcohol of 1-4 carbon atoms, or mixture thereof, and removing impurities.
