PURPOSE: A vaccine composition for avian colibacillosis is provided to ensure excellent safety and protectivity of a killed vaccine and to improve productivity in a farm. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a vaccine composition for avian colibacillosis comprises: a step of culturing and mixing E.coli E22(deposit number KACC91639P), E.coli E89(deposit number KACC91640P), and E.coli E102(deposit number KACC91641P); a step of performing thermal treatment of the strain mixture; and a step of adding oil to the strain mixture.
