PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of injection composite material is provided to make injection molding easy without the generation of extra material. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of injection composite material comprises: a pulverizing step(S1) manufacturing natural powder(20) by wet or dry crushing vegetable natural material(10) and the pulverized material of inner wood part in which bast fiber is eliminated; a drying step(S2) drying the natural powder; selection step(S3) selecting the natural powder by size thereof; and a melt extrusion and mixing step(S4) manufacturing pellets by melt-extruding and mixing the natural powder with general plastic(30) by using a extrusion kneader.
