PURPOSE: A synthetic wood processing apparatus is provided to install a free jig in front of an extruder, thereby capable of processing woods of various and beautiful shapes. CONSTITUTION: A synthetic wood processing apparatus(1) comprises a free jig in front of an extruder. The pair of the free jig comprises a pair of a first roll(110), a second roll(120), a third roll(130), a forth roll(140), a support plate(300), a fixing unit, a cutting unit(500), and a cooler. the pair of a first roll built-in a heating device(200), and constantly maintains temperature and thickness drawn out from the extruder. The second roll has shape of a synthetic wood drawn out from the first roll. The third roll installed in the lower part the first and the second rolls. The fourth roll maintains synthetic wood drawn out from the third roll to a donut shape. The support plate comprises circular or horizontal guide holes(310,320,321,322), and fixes and transfers the first roll to the fourth roll. The fixing unit fixes the rolls. The cutting unit cuts synthetic woods with shape. The cooler cools the cut synthetic wood. |
