PURPOSE: A double-sided adhesive tape attaching device of a weather strip is provided to automatically, successively, rapidly, and accurately perform processes such as the attachment of a double-sided adhesive tape and the cutting and the arrangement of the weather strip. CONSTITUTION: A double-sided adhesive tape attaching device (100) of a weather strip (10) includes a guide roller (150), a tape supply roller (210), a release paper separation unit (250), a pressurizing roller (310), a first tension control unit (350), a hot air supply unit (410), a guide unit (450), a transfer unit (510), a second tension control unit (550), a cutting unit, and an arranging unit (650). The guide roller is rotatably installed on the lower side of a weather strip path of a frame (110). The tape supply roller is mounted on the upper side of the weather strip path of the frame to be able to freely rotate. The release paper separation unit is installed in the frame by corresponding to the tape supply roller. The pressurizing roller is installed on the upper side of the guide roller to be able to rotate in the frame. The first tension control unit is mounted on a tape supply path between the tape supply roller and the pressurizing roller to be able to vertically move on the frame. The hot air supply unit supplies hot air to a heat bonding layer of a double-sided adhesive tape (20) drawn to between the pressurizing roller and the guide roller. The guide unit guides the weather strip passing through the pressurizing roller and the guide roller. The transfer unit transfers the weather strip to which the double-sided adhesive tape is attached in a fixed length. The second tension control unit is mounted on the weather strip path between the guide roller and the transfer unit to be able to vertically move in the frame. The cutting unit cuts the transferred weather strip at a predetermined length, and the arranging unit arranges and loads the weather strip which is cut. |
