<p>PURPOSE: A ZnS/CIGS thin film solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily commercialize the ZnS/CIGS thin film solar cell by depositing a ZnO transparent conductive film with a sputtering method. CONSTITUTION: A rear electrode is formed on a substrate. A CIGS light absorption layer (3) is formed on the rear electrode. A ZnS buffer layer (4) is formed on the CIGS light absorption layer. A transparent conductive film is formed on the ZnS buffer layer and includes a first ZnO layer (5) and a second ZnO layer (6).</p> |
