PURPOSE: A rotary encoder, equipped with both advantages of a hollow type and an axis type, can absorb vibration from a measurement subject or dislocation of a magnetic core. CONSTITUTION: A rotary encoder (1) comprises shaft sets (3,4), bearings (6a, 6b) and an encoder main body. Said shaft sets are fixed to a measurement subject for interlocking and rotates a code disk (5) generating measurement signals. Said bearing supports said SHAFT SETS enabling free rotation. Said encoder main body fixes said bearing. Said shaft sets comprise an outer container (4) and a shaft main body (3). Said outer container is fixed to said bearing. Said shaft main body is stored and arranged within said outer container with a part being fixed to the outer container. |
