<p>PURPOSE: A blower unit for mattresses is provided to hygienically manage the mattresses, enhance the convenience of the user and stably generate heat after prolonged usage. CONSTITUTION: A blower unit for mattresses comprises a heating system(30) which includes a heat generation element which generates heat by applying power, terminal blocks which are connected to the wires in order to apply power, and a radiator for emitting generated heat from the heat generation element to the outside; a case member which includes a heat generation housing which is inserted into a mattress and embeds a heat generation unit, a rear case installed in the rear side of the heat generation housing, and a front case combined with the rear case; fitting tools(40) which installs a blower(12) in the mattress by being combined with the combining holes formed on the rear case; a blower for supplying heated or unheated air to the inside of the mattress; a constant current controlling tool which is to supply current evenly to the heat generation element; a coupling(90) which is for inserting the heat generation housing into the mattress and is inserted into the insertion holes; and a main controller(60) which controls the blower and the constant current controlling tool.</p> |
