摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a carbon nanotube for a composite material reinforcement is provided to enhance the blend by increasing the density and prevent the direct chemical reaction with the metal base by adjusting the thickness of the coating; and uniformly coating the carbon nanotube surface with the silica. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a carbon nanotube for a composite material reinforcement comprises the following steps: a step of preparing a carbon nanotube dispersion solution; a step performing an acid process by mixing an acid solution into the carbon nanotube dispersion solution; a step of coating the carbon nanotube surface with silica after mixing the silica with the acid processed dispersion solution; a step of extracting the powder from the dispersion solution; a step of forming the dispersion solution by dispersing the extracted powder into the solvent; a step treating with the base by mixing the dispersion solution with the base solution; a step of coating the carbon nanotube surface with silica by mixing the silica in the base processed dispersion solution; a step of forming the carbon nanotube powder in which the silica is coated after extracting, drying the powder from the dispersion solution.
