PURPOSE: A disc brake comprised of different materials and a bond method is provided to improve the bond intensity by forming a sufficient bond surface in spite of the lubricating effect of graphite. CONSTITUTION: A disc brake comprised of different materials comprises a friction disc(10), a disc hat(20), and a center member(30). The friction disc is formed with graphitization cast iron, and the disc hat is formed with aluminum. The center member is inserted into contact surfaces(11,21) in which the friction disc and the disc hat come into contact with each other. |
