PURPOSE: An implant coated with nanotitania and a coating method thereof are provided to improve the adhesion of bone to the implant. CONSTITUTION: A method for coating an implant with nanotitania includes the following steps: immersing implants in an electrolyte which is formed by mixing acid and nanotitania powder with calcium acetate and beta-glycerol phosphate electrolyte; and forming a nanotitania coating on the surface of the implants by applying an electric current to the immersed implants. The implant includes a base formed with Ca-P and Ti oxide and nanotitania coating particles coated on the surface of the base through anodizing.
