INFORMATION DISPLAY DEVICE FOR VEHICLES AND DISPLAY METHOD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An information display device for vehicle and a display method using the same are provided to offer information such as an emergency situation to the drivers of vehicles which are located in the rear or both sides of the vehicle of a user, thereby improving the safety of surrounding drivers. CONSTITUTION: A micro electro-mechanical systems (MEMS) optical modulator modulates a light source and beam incident from the light source to generate reflected light. The MEMS optical modulator comprises a biaxial scanning micromirror using the radial magnetic field. A scanning unit (200) is mounted on at least one part among the front, rear, and both sides of a vehicle (400). The scanning unit scans an image (500) which shows the driving information of the vehicle to a road surface (300). The scanning unit forms the image in a raster scan mode or a vector graphics scan mode.
