PURPOSE: A box packaging apparatus is provided to input multiple packaged products by using a transfer guide unit to maintain the aligned state of the packaged items after lining up the packaged products in multi-rows and multi-stages by using an aligning unit. CONSTITUTION: A box packaging apparatus comprises a first transfer line (11), a second transfer line (12), a product feeding line (20), an alignment unit (30), a transfer guide unit (40), a box feeding unit (50), and a box transfer unit (60). The product feeding unit is located on one side of the first transfer line, and supplies a packaged product onto the first transfer line. The alignment unit comprises a guide wall (31). The guide wall stands erect with an interval in the width direction of the first transfer line to arrange the packaged products, which are located on the first transfer line and supplied by the product supply unit, in multi-stages and multi-rows. The transfer guide unit includes sliders (41,42) which are operated by being contacted with the rear end of the packaged products to maintain an aligned state of the packaged products and to transfer the packaged products; a movable wall (44) which is contacted with both sides of the packaged product; and an extension guide unit which is formed on the end of the movable wall to be input into the box while guiding the packaged products during a packaging process. |
