<p>PURPOSE: A central management system including an air conditioner is provided to display the information relative to a corresponding spot according to the authorities and to set the control related to the spot by setting the authority to the accessors by the spots in the system forming a network as each spot is mutually connected. CONSTITUTION: A central management system including an air conditioner comprises equipment, a plurality of spot controllers, and a central server. The equipment includes an air conditioner. The spot controllers are connected to the equipment for the control, are each installed at positions, and are connected to a network. The central server is connected to the spot controller, monitors and controls a plurality of equipment according to the spots, and sets an account in which the control authority is authorized to the spot controllers. The central server provides statistical information according to the times relative to one or more spot controllers and the equipment or kinds of data by corresponding to the control authority authorized to each account.</p> |
