An elastic conductive sheet is provided to conveniently improve a manufacturing process and increase reliability and reproducibility by removing a combination processing procedure with the separate elastic material. An elastic conductive sheet comprises a mesh, an elastic material(7), and a conductive thin film(9). The conductive film is formed in over the surface of the elastic material. A little elastic material is partly formed in a portion of mesh. An elasticity of the elastic material is bigger than the mesh filament(1, 3). The conductive thin film is formed in a portion of the elastic material. The mesh is transformed into in the mesh type, includes filaments. A plurality of elasticity conductive materials is formed in the filament. The thickness of the elastic material or a blowing agent is bigger than the filament diameter of mesh. The conductive thin film is formed with an electro less plating method or a depositing method. |
