PURPOSE: A trocar having an oscillating blade is provided to enable a user to safely and completely incise a muscle layer, a peritoneum or a fat layer in a trocar operation by reciprocating the blade of a trocar needle member to and fro or from side to side or oscillating the blade of a trocar needle member. CONSTITUTION: A trocar having an oscillating blade comprises a trocar sleeve housing (110) including a guide pipe (112) inserted into the incision site of a body; and a trocar needle member (120) including a blade (130) for incising a body at the end region of a trocar sleeve (122). The trocar needle member is selectively inserted into the guide pipe. The blade is oscillated or moved up and down by the operation of a switch (126) placed at a handle part (124). An oscillating unit (200) includes an electromagnetic unit (220) for reciprocating the blade lengthwise on the trocar sleeve. |
