PURPOSE: An anti-sloshing device for a liquid cargo storage tank on the land is provided to effectively control the sloshing of liquid cargo stored in a liquid cargo storage tank using multiple buoyancy blocks floating on the liquid cargo. CONSTITUTION: An anti-sloshing device (10) for a liquid cargo storage tank on the land comprises multiple buoyancy blocks (110), connection units, and a first opening (170). The buoyancy blocks are arranged on liquid cargo to cover a portion of the surface of the liquid cargo stored in a liquid cargo storage tank. The connection units connect the buoyancy blocks to each other. The buoyancy blocks are not installed in the first opening to expose a portion of the liquid cargo to the outside.
