PURPOSE: A train approach warning system is provided to transmit a signal which indicates the approach of a rolling stock to workers, thereby reducing the chances of an accident related with railway works. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle wireless transmitter (10) is installed at a front head engine room and a rear head engine room of a rolling stock and transmits a wireless signal having specific frequency. The vehicle wireless transmitter comprises a frequency oscillator (110), an amplifier (120), a transmission unit (130) and a power supply unit (140). An operator terminal (20) outputs an approach warning signal which informs the approach of the rolling stock. The operator terminal comprises a receiver (210), an alerter (220) and a control unit (230). An intermediator (30) is installed at a trackside which is kept a certain distance from the position of an operator.
